It was a fun first Thanksgiving for Logan. We drove to Bemidji to my Aunt Dar's house. We picked up great grandma Carroll and Bernie on the way. Great grandma kept Logan busy the whole way there. He smiled, cooed , and even laughed a little at her. The highlight of Logan's day in Bemidji had to be when I let Tony give Logan a little taste of Cool Whip. From the looks of his face, he thought it was great! After we left Bemidji we headed to Great Grandma Katie's where the Marynik side celebrates the holidays. Logan got to meet a lot of relatives that hadn't seen him yet. By the end of the day I think mom and daddy were more worn out from all the traveling than Logan was.
Oh and let me back track, the night before thanksgiving Logan slept a whole 9 hours through the night. It was the best! But we still got up lots to check on him. Needless to say, it hasn't happened again. We'll keep you posted though.

This is what happens when there are 5 kids 4 years old and younger plus a 21 year old. Uncle Scott had lots of fun playing and rough housing with the boys. No wonder it seemed a little more noisy this year!! Uncle Scott can't wait until he can play with Logan like this.
We are so thankful for our little man and all for all the friends and family we have in our lives. It has been a great year and we have lots to be happy and thankful for during this holiday season.
