To close out the new year we spent a perfect evening together and much needed as a family. We met up again with the Wille's at the Purpur and did some more skating and had Elle and Charlie over to play for a bit. Then Logan and I visited Great Grandma Carroll and brought her some goodies for her new year's eve. When we came home we made Lobster tail, King crab legs, cheddar biscuits, and couscous. It was wonderful, sparkling grape juice and all! (BTW, this is the second year in a row that i haven't been able to have a drop of wine, look out new years 2013!) Tony and I put the kids to bed, watched a movie and ate cold stone, yummy!!! New years day we got together with more friends and their little ones at the purpur play area. We spent a good part of our afternoon visiting, snacking, and watching our kids play together. It was great, Tony and I even snuck out for a quick dinner date that night at JL Beers.
