These two little boys who I have been so lucky to have spent the last 3 months with are the reason why I am filled with mixed emotions about going back to school. Every year I go through this, scared, nervous, anxious and for so many different reasons. About my class, going back to work, leaving my kids, leaving my mom routine. It all is a little overwhelming right away but as time goes on things get easier and easier. Our new routines begin and life as a full-time teacher takes course. We are so lucky that our kids don't have to attend full-time daycare. Both sets of grandparents are going to help out once a week. Meaning the kids only have to be at daycare for 3 days a week. This fills my heart with a little more reassurance, knowing that their days will be fun and safe with their care. Logan and Carter have become quite good buds this summer and this school year it will be neat to see their relationship blossom. Here are a couple of some precious shots from the other day.

So even though it is extremely difficult to move on to the next phase of our year... it is nice to know that they will have each other this year.... and that there is always next summer :)
