First Baby Shower

Some of my closest figure skating friends held a shower for me and another skating coach who is also expecting a baby. It was so fun to have my first baby shower and to see all the fun stuff that will soon be put to use. I noticed that I got overly excited about the smallest things and all the toys and books entertained me. I think I am becoming more and more like one of my kindergarten students!!!
This is me wearing a maternity dress that Kaley had bought me for my birthday. It really made my belly look like it had grown!
This is a bumbo chair, we will use it to help the baby develop its posture and strength for sitting. (hardly anyone at the shower knew what it was)
It also looks like it would be comfy just for the baby to hang out in! Thanks to grandma Wendy for our little boy's first chair!!!

Here is Grandma Rose and Grandma Wendy along with Auntie Kaley, it was so nice to have them there to see all the fun stuff that our little boy will be using!!
